With the season now just around the corner, the club are on the look out for new volunteers to get involved and support Old Glossop CC's continuous growth.
Increased success brings increased pressure and demands on club officials many of whom have to wear multiple caps. We are therefore looking to increase the number of volunteers in 2023.
We are looking for volunteers to help with things like:
Social & Catering Events
Cleaning, Gardening & General Maintenance
Junior activators on Friday evenings
Scoring
Fundraising
Junior Umpiring
Photographer, PR & Media
Links with Schools
Whilst some of the roles such as umpire & scorer will require a knowledge of the game, many of the roles require no previous knowledge of the sport just a desire to help support a growing community based sports club, which aims to bring together all areas of the local community and spreading positivity across the town.
