Last night saw our very own Tom Lane scoop the prestigious High Peak Junior Player of the Year Award!
A magnificent achievement!! The awards evening was held at Whaley Bridge Bowling club and the award was presented to Tom by current Derbyshire County Cricket Club captain Billy Godleman.
Tom is another fantastic success story at OGCC. The award last night tops a brilliant year for Tom as he has also recently signed for Derbyshire U16's squad as well.
Tom, last season played for our U15's, U19's and broke into the 1st team at OGCC. To say Tom loves his cricket is an massive understatement, so it's been great to see his efforts & commitment reaping the rewards!
We are all so proud of Tom, for all his achievements over the last year. Keep up the hard work Tommy!!
